I called ahead and told them what I had for a vehicle and what engine I had. They quoted me $110 on the phone. I drove over within a half an hour and had my oil changed. They charge me $160. When I questioned it, the guy I was dealing with said that he didn’t answer the phone. I asked how many people answer the phone there? The young man that did my oil change said I think that was me. I didn’t realize it took that much oil. I said this is it right you guys gave me a quote. They charge my card and never made any other comments. I will never go there again.

I took my subaru to them to get my oil changed. Right after pulling out i noticed my car wasn't running normally. So the next day I went back because I my check engine light came on. And they had over filled my car with oil. So went back and heard them mention find out what my car takes for transmission fluid and how much should be in there. I finally got a proper oil change but my car was still not acting right. Called them back on Monday and was told to bring my car to my mechanic. I got my car towed on Tuesday and found out they drained my transmission fluid. And they new what happened but let me leave there twice. So Wednesday after paying out close to $400. I brought my receipts to them for reimbursement. Since they messed up and admitted it to me. Days later still have no resolution to this issue. I was also told by the a manager that this is a common issue that happens with subarus and new employees. I would think twice before bringing your vehicle to them for oil changes.

Awesome service! My 2000 Saab had been sliding into neutral while driving. My mechanic couldn’t fit me in for a week. Went to Valvoline and they fixed the issue! I was charged 54 bucks and my car is running perfectly! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you so much!
